This remodel of a Laurel Canyon home focused on opening up the kitchen to the rest of the house and the exterior. A new bench was designed to straddle an existing guardrail, while providing a place to sit with direct access to the new open kitchen through a large sliding window. Bathrooms were remodeled as well.
